Postal & carriage charges for orders within the UK Mainland
General orders of £75 & over:
Any order of £75.00 or over is sent free of delivery charge to UK mainland addresses only (not Remote areas) by either Courier Service or first class Royal Mail. Delivery normally takes 1 - 3 working days from when the parcel leaves us.
We offer a 'DPD Express Plus' service that will guarantee delivery the next working day. This service also covers Saturday delivery. If choosing this delivery option, please ensure you are placing your order before noon on Friday to ensure we can get it out that day. If the order is placed after noon on Friday, the parcel will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday.
Courier Service:
Any package weighing over 400g will be sent by courier (delivery by this service normally takes 1-3 working days from when the parcel leaves us).
Our carriers require a signature on delivery, however, they do operate a discretionary service whereby they will leave your parcel, without signature, provided simple delivery instructions are given, as to where the parcel may be left : safe place (eg "leave in porch"). Please include any such instructions with your order. If you have a business address to which your goods can be sent, it may be preferable to use this. Please note that sometimes not all delivery instructions will/can be followed & this will be dependent on the individual delivery driver.
* Please note we endeavour to pick and dispatch your order within 24 hours however this is not always possible and is dependant on stock availability and size of the order. *
Smaller items can be sent by Royal Mail (2nd Class) on a non tracked service.

Remote areas affected by surcharge:
There is a 'Remote Areas' surcharge per box for items sent to the Scottish Highlands and all UK offshore islands on any amount ordered. For postage to UK Highlands and Islands* we charge £23 (plus vat on certain items) per box (see list below of Postcodes affected)

You may return any item purchased from Hilton Herbs for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please note that the product ship date is the date of purchase. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund for unopened items, provided that the products are returned unused, and in perfect condition. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or has been sent in error.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail / courier, you must carefully package the product as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Hilton Herbs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
