As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive. 

Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the team to implement our online strategies through our UK and US channels. You will report to the Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in content generation and digital marketing with proven experience in increasing customer reach and conversion. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed content marketing and digital campaign plans that are aligned with wider seasonal campaigns, brand objectives and are on budget.
  • Content Management: working closely with the Marketing Manager and third-party content providers to ensure the website content is SEO-optimised to achieve organic ranking.
  • Liaise with Brand Ambassadors to create brand content for the website and social channels.
  • Where relevant update B2B partners with new content and promotional material.
  • Deliver channel growth and performance improvements against key metrics to acquire a new audience and engage with existing customers to drive sales.
  • Forecast and understand channel performance, process and operations to identify opportunities.
  • Support the Marketing Manager to manage the daily budgets across all channels ensuring budget allocation is as efficient as possible.
  • Deliver the digital marketing KPIs to aid performance across all products.
  • Implement, measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and all digital assets.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills Required

  • You will have at least 2 years of digital, online, social media and e-commerce experience (preferably within the equestrian category but not essential).
  • You will have proven media and content generation experience.
  • You will have proven experience in growing customer reach and conversion to drive sales.
  • You are passionate about digital marketing, social platforms, consumer trends and animal well-being. 
  • Knowledgeable of the digital marketplace and competitors in the pet and equestrian space.
  • You will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to optimize campaigns to deliver against set KPIs.
  • Have experience in using Google Analytics / Amazon / Facebook Insights, able to navigate the system and produce meaningful reports.
  • Thorough understanding of the wider paid social and display industry landscape and be able to support business KPIs that drive growth.
  • Agile, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • You will be a creative and analytical person who is passionate about natural health.

  • Up to £25,000/year DOE
