Formulated to maintain & support:
Insu-Lite is formulated to maintain and support:
Insu-Lite is a dry supplement containing herbs such as psyllium, garlic and ginger, each carefully chosen to help those classed as "good doers". Ponies especially developed to thrive on sparce grazing where they had to cover a considerable distance each day to find it. Nowadays, grazing is often too rich, there is a vast array of feeds available plus rugs to keep our natives warm. As such, we are now seeing more horses and ponies carrying too much condition which can cause serious problems. Our Insu-Lite is best used in conjunction with an appropriate diet and exercise programme, which your vet could advise on.
Ingredients:
Psyllium Husks
Artichoke
Fenugreek
Garlic
Kelp
Mint
Ginger

Arthichokes are traditionally served as an appetiser or hors d'oeuvre, this is because they encourage the production of digestive juices, thereby, preparing the stomach for the meal to come!
I have used a variety of Hilton Herbs mixes over the years with my old pony and now with my new boy. I find it reassuring to know that when my horse has an issue I would like to address with diet, Hilton Herbs' well thought out, comprehensive product range and the accompanying wealth of knowledge and advice is available to me. I find it reassuring that products are UFAS/ BETA assured too giving me confidence. Kepp up the good work!

I'm so looking forward to being able to use these herbs again.
I just wanted to let you know, I have had great success supporting my horse's metabolic balance on this product.
We do everything for him to limit sugar, including no fancy treats, tested and soaked hay, dry lot etc etc.
Having him on Insu-Lite is the one factor that we had changed in the last year.
We tested him a few months after taking him off Insu-Lite, and his levels had really increased.
I couldn't believe the jump!
I'm so relieved to be able to purchase this product again.
There may be other factors at play as well, but it does speak volumes to the efficacy of this product as well.

Started using this when my cob had his first acute lami flare up last year. I struggle to exercise him as much as I would like due to having two very young children but this made a massive difference towards helping him maintain a health weight and remain lami free. I have been using it for just over a year and wouldn’t have him on anything else

I am writing a second review because it is two months since I started my cobs on Insu-Lite and there is now a marked difference in both of them. They are slimmer and very shiny indeed. They are in regular work and they both are looking fantastic. I am extremely pleased with Insu-Lite and the help I received from the advisor at Hilton Herbs. I am definitely keeping them on the supplement. They are barefoot and their feet, although good before, have become even tougher. Another bonus is they absolutely love it! I would recommend anyone with good doer issues to use this and keep going for at least 6 weeks to really see the benefit.

I absolutely love this product! I’m feeding it to my Haflinger who has been barefoot for quite a few years now but we’ve always struggled to get her comfortable over stones, and she had very thin soles despite all our efforts. After feeding Insu-lite for three months her soles are much thicker, no longer flex to thumb pressure, and she can spend time on our stone yard without boots.

Was recommended this by a friend, works really well, my “ laminitis prone” mare uses it & since on it has lost all her fat deposits on her belly, her crest has gone down and she is keeping her weight stable. She also has more energy. My only problem with it is that I live in Spain and the postage is very expensive
