Originally climbers in the Alps would eat the leaves of the Arnica plant if they had a fall or accident, but the plant can be toxic if ingested, so only ever use preparations containing Arnica tincture externally.

This is the only product my horse will let me use on him. It has a very pleasing aroma, and it works! I received a sample of this at the PA national horse show when ABBA vet supply was set-up there. I'm so glad I did. Wonderful product.
