Delivery Information


Postal & carriage charges for orders within Europe


Deliveries to European countries are carried out by Chronopost, Colissimo or Géodis (for pallets). Deliveries will normally takes 2 to 10 days to get to the address given by the client on www.hiltonherbs.com/eu.


Please note we endeavour to pick and dispatch your order within 24 hours and deliver as soon as possible, however these time frames are given for information purposes only.


General orders of 85 € & over:

Any order of 85 € or over is sent free of delivery charge within the European Union. Delivery normally takes 2 - 10 days from when the parcel leaves us.  


If your parcel is not delivered within 30 days after the shipment, the buyer can ask for the products to be resent or to be reimbursed. For any claim or complaint please refer to Retours et remboursements.


Hilton Herbs cannot guarantee a date for delivery. If the shipping address given by the client is wrong or of our carriers cannot deliver the parcel or contact the client via text, email or phone, the parcel might be left at a pick-up point without notice.


For orders to European countries under 55€ delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Please note the buyer has got 24hours after the day of delivery to notify us of any problem with the products and make a claim. Once the claim has been received, Hilton Herbs will re-send the products or reimburse the client as quickly as they can.


Returns:


You may return any item purchased from Hilton Herbs for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please note that the product ship date is the date of purchase. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund for unopened items, provided that the products are returned unused, and in perfect condition. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is damaged or has been sent in error.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail / courier, you must carefully package the product as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Hilton Herbs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
