1. Promoter

The promoter is Hilton Herbs Ltd (“Hilton Herbs”), Downclose Farm, Downclose Lane, North Perrott, Somerset TA18 7SH.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Hilton Herbs, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and may be required to provide proof of age or identity before the prize is awarded.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form by providing your email address and phone number. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

The competition opens at 00:00 on 17 September 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 30 September 2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Prize

The winner will receive two hospitality tickets to the London International Horse Show 2025, luxury hotel accommodation for two people on dates that coincide with the show, and £600 cash to be paid in the week before the event. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available, other than the £600 cash element included as part of the prize. Hilton Herbs reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within seven days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within seven days of the first contact, Hilton Herbs reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of Prize

The £600 cash portion of the prize will be paid to the winner by bank transfer during the week before the show. Hospitality tickets and hotel booking details will be provided to the winner at least 14 days prior to the event.

8. Data Protection

By entering, you agree that Hilton Herbs may process your personal data for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting you if you are the winner. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Hilton Herbs’ Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, although doing so may result in your entry being invalid if we cannot contact you.

9. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and photograph on Hilton Herbs’ website and social media channels.

10. General

Hilton Herbs accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical failures that may affect entry. Hilton Herbs reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The decision of Hilton Herbs regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
