1. Promoter

The promoter is Hilton Herbs Ltd (“Hilton Herbs”), Downclose Farm, Downclose Lane, North Perrott, Somerset TA18 7SH.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Hilton Herbs, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and may be required to provide proof of age or identity before the prize is awarded.

3. How to Enter

To enter, complete the entry form by providing your email address. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Opening and Closing Dates

The promotion opens at 00:00 on 18 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 21 June 2026.

5. Prize

The recipient will receive a sample pack of Herballs in the flavour depicted by the spinner. The recipient will also receive a matching pair of plastic sunglasses. Hilton Herbs reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Recipient Selection and Notification

Each person who submits the mailing list sign up form is entitled to spin the wheel and win a prize.

7. Data Protection

By entering, you agree that Hilton Herbs may process your personal data for the purposes of marketing. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Hilton Herbs’ Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time, although doing so may result in your entry being invalid if we cannot contact you.

8. Publicity

The recipient may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and photograph on Hilton Herbs’ website and social media channels.

Hilton Herbs accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries or for any technical failures that may affect entry. Hilton Herbs reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The decision of Hilton Herbs regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
