It doesn't matter how carefully you look after your pet, you cannot protect them from the everyday knocks, bumps and injuries they will inevitably sustain. These injuries, plus the effects of ageing can over time take their toll, affecting the overall mobility of your dog.
Older dogs will lose the flexibility of youth and may struggle to do routine things like climbing stairs, jumping into the backs of cars or getting up out of their beds. In our Mobility and Seniors section we are confident you will find products to suit your own dog’s particular needs. Listed here are a selection of dry and liquid herbal supplements including Releaf our ' Herbal Bute' ( not phenylbutazone), Canine Veteran and Mobility Support all of which have been carefully formulated to support mobility, connective tissue, joint suppleness and the older dog.
In addition to our canine supplements we also have soothing cooling lotions and gels for topical application to tendons, ligaments and muscles as well as homeopathics, all designed to help support and maintain healthy supple joints, muscles and connective tissue in dogs of all ages whatever their activity.

Hawthorn's latin name is Crataegus oxycanthoides. The name Crataegus comes from the Greek word - Kratos - which means strength, because of the hardness of the wood. Oxycantha is derived from the Greek - osux- meaning sharp, and - akantha - a thorn.
Hawthorn is know in England as Maybush or whitethorn, because the shrub blooms in May producing a profusion of white blossoms. It is the flowering Hawthorn tops and the Hawthorn berries that are used by herbalists.
