Cush X is a clinically trialled and tested supportive feed supplement for horses and ponies, formulated to maintain a balanced endocrine system whatever the horse or pony's age.
Hilary Self, our Medical Herbalist, was required to undertake clinical studies as part of her BSc degree course. Hilary took the opportunity to trial a single herb, Vitex Agnus Castus, commonly known as Chaste Tree berry or Monks Pepper seed, on a group of 50 elderly ponies. In response to the findings of this trial and the in depth knowledge she gained, she then formulated Cush X.
Owners have reported excellent results with this supplement, especially with older horses and ponies who struggle to shed their coats in Spring/Summer. Please contact us if you require more information.

Ingredients: Herbal tinctures of Vitex Agnus castus seed, Goat's Rue, Bilberry, Artichoke, Milk Thistle seed, and Golden Rod herb blended with unpasteurised Apple Cider Vinegar
Our herbal supplements are added to the feed on a daily basis, if possible splitting the required amount between two feeds. Our liquid supplements could be given direct into the mouth (by way of a syringe) which can be useful if no feed is given during the Summer months. Full instructions will be found on the packaging or in our VIDEO GUIDE but if you have any queries please do contact our Helpline for more information. The quantity of product added to your horse or pony's feed can be slightly increased or decreased, depending on the circumstances as, like humans, all horses & ponies are individuals. Very often a lower maintenance amount, will be sufficient for a horse or pony that is going to be kept on the herbs long-term.
