Respiration Information
- Six horses galloping neck and neck, heads extended, nostrils flared, as they race across the plains. Lungs pulling in air to supply the muscles with vital oxygen. This is what we all love to see - the epitomy of equine health and fitness. It may be a native pony nimbly racing over rutted moorland, or a highly trained Thoroughbred galloping over the pristine turf of Ascot. Whatever the activity, for a horse to perform at its best it must have an efficient and healthy respiratory system, uncompromised by infection, irritation, inflammation, or residual mucus. Worldwide, air quality continues to deteriorate, leading to an increase in respiratory disorders in the human population. our pony has COPD,and his stable is very dusty as they are old buildings. We used the Space Spray twice a day in his stable and a marked improvement was noted in his breathing. He did also had some medication from the Vet, but I believe that without the daily use of the spray his breathing would have deteriorated again. I also purchased the Freeway Gold which has also improved his breathing.
